Player Registration

Spring 2010 Registration

Registration is now open for the Spring 2010 soccer season.
Please note this notification is for Spring 2010 only. A notification regarding Fall 2010/Spring 2011 will be sent out in April. 

The rate for the Spring season is $90 per person. Travel participants (U11 to U14) must register by December 31, 2009 or a late fee will apply ($25) and placement on a team is not guaranteed. Intramural (Clinic, U8 and U10) participants must register by January 31st or a late fee of $25 will apply.  If you have already registered your child for the combination of fall/spring then you do not need to register but if they are registered for fall only and want to play in the spring you must register now. To find out what you have registered for, if you are not sure, please visit your ADMIN account by clicking on the registration link.  Then login to the "already have an account" and follow the directions from there. You will see what you have registered for.

U16 and U18

We have Girls and Boys U16 and U18 teams available but the program is based on level of participation, late fee will apply after February 28, 2010. Please note, for U15 and older players, dual rostering is not permitted. For U14 and younger players, a player may play on a BAYS team and a team in another league (such as MAPLE) in the same season. A player may not play on more than one BAYS team, even if in different age groups. (Note that dual rostering eligibility is based on the player's age, not the age group of the team.)

The season will begin on April 10, 2010 and runs ten consecutive weeks.  U16 - U18 begins Sunday April 25, 2010 for seven consecutive weeks.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by e-mail to the registrar by March 1, 2010. A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund. Refunds will be subjected to a 5% administration charge.
Please note that AdminSports, Inc. does not have the authority to issue refunds. 

Scholarships

It is the policy of HYSA that no child should be denied the opportunity to play soccer due to family’s financial situation. Those applying for a scholarship, please contact the Registrar for registration instructions. All scholarship requests are confidential.

Age Groups

Birth certificates must be provided for first time players.
Play-up is allowed only for Grade Appropriate Play and requires a letter of request to HYSA.
Play-down is allowed only by exception in our Intramural program and requires a letter of request to HYSA.

Registering on-line ensures that HYSA will have accurate information for our 1,000 plus youth players and makes our organization more efficient on all levels.

Having a problem registering? In some circumstances, such as if you use a popup blocker, you may have a problem reaching the registration site through the link above. In that case, try cutting and pasting the following link directly into your browser's address bar: https://secure.adminsports.net/hollistonmasoccer.  Also, some corporate and university firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home. The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 4 and above, Firefox, Safari, and most versions of Netscape and AOL. It may or may not work with browsers other than these.

Non-credit card registrants:

You may register online and submit your payment by check by sending a printout of your electronic receipt along with your check to HYSA, P.O. Box 6003, Holliston, MA, 01746, within 7 days after the online registration. 

Paper Registration

While we discourage registration via mail, we understand there can be difficulties online. You may print a  paper registration and mail a copy of the completed form with your check made out to HYSA to:
