HYSA is an all-volunteer organization, dependent upon parents who get involved each year. We are currently looking for someone to coordinate the Intramural 3rd-4th grade Girls program for the Fall’18-Spring’19 year. Can you volunteer? This position is vital to the success of the coaches and players’ experience, and HYSA really needs your help to fill the role as soon as possible.
We also need several more G3/4 coaches for the fall season; if you can’t coordinate, please consider volunteering to coach or assist your child’s team.
Coordinator tasks include confirming coaches, setting up teams, and serving as the program liaison to the HYSA Board. The time commitment varies but is most important from mid August to mid September and then again in March/April. Soccer coaching experience is a plus but not required; we have mentors to train new coordinators and coaches, and it’s a great way to get more involved with HYSA.
